Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (S.A.L.T.) is a program designed to keep senior citizens in Tangipahoa Parish informed about the services provided by the Sheriff's Office.

The primary objective of the S.A.L.T. program is to ensure that senior citizens in Tangipahoa Parish are aware of and can access the services provided by the Sheriff's Office. The program focuses on the following areas:

• Offering a directory of certified contacts for various support services.

By keeping detailed reports and having access to a national directory of certified contacts, the team can quickly connect seniors with the services they need.
